Specifies the characteristics of thick-walled seamless steel bars intended for the manufacture of tubular and annular machined parts.Gives designation for the order, tabulates chemical composition and mechanical properties as well as nominal dimensions ranging from 32 mm up to and including 250 mm (outside diameter).
